Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and products operated by Green Eye Creative LLC ("Green Eye Creative," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in Austin, Texas — including but not limited to Legacy, AYRT, Turing True Check (TTC), Green Zone Defence, Waymaker, Yonder, Proof of Hand, and Green Seed Co. (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services on your own behalf. Educational institutions, individual students, and organizations may access certain Services (such as AYRT) under separate arrangements, which these Terms supplement rather than replace.

2. Accounts

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service, other accounts, or connected systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any Service;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Service, except where permitted by law;
Use any Service to build a directly competing product without our written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, and technology comprising the Services — including without limitation the patent-pending systems underlying AYRT and Turing True Check — are the property of Green Eye Creative LLC or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as intended.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain Services may require payment of fees. Where applicable, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase or subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Pilot & Beta Features

Some Services, or features within them, are offered in pilot, beta, or early-access form (as noted on the relevant product page). These are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued at any time, and may not perform as reliably as generally available features.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN EYE CREATIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
