Green Eye Creative LLC ("Green Eye Creative," "we," "us," or "our") operates Legacy, AYRT, Turing True Check (TTC), Green Zone Defence, Waymaker, Yonder, Proof of Hand, Green Seed Co., and greeneyecreative.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Depending on which Service you use, we may collect:

• Contact information you provide directly, such as your name and email address (for example, when you reach out via spencer@greeneyecreative.com or a contact form);
• Account information for Services requiring sign-in, such as login credentials handled via third-party authentication (e.g., Google OAuth);
• Usage data, such as pages visited, features used, and general interaction with a Service;
• Content you submit to a Service, including for AYRT and TTC, submissions and related metadata processed for the purpose of the Service's core verification functions;
• Payment information, which is processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe Connect) — we do not directly store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
• Respond to inquiries and provide support;
• Process payments and transactions where applicable;
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Services, including the verification functions central to AYRT and TTC;
• Comply with legal obligations.

• Service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting providers, payment processors, and authentication providers);
• Educational institutions or organizational partners where a Service (such as AYRT) is deployed on their behalf, limited to what's necessary for that deployment;
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Green Eye Creative LLC or others.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by Service and by arrangement with institutional partners.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law and any obligations to institutional partners.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Where a Service is used in an educational context involving minors, use is governed by the institution's own agreements and applicable laws (such as FERPA), and we process related data only as necessary to support that deployment.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
