Green Eye Creative LLC ("Green Eye Creative," "we," "us," or "our") operates Legacy, AYRT, Turing True Check (TTC), Green Zone Defence, Waymaker, Yonder, Proof of Hand, Green Seed Co., and greeneyecreative.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Where a Service is used in an educational context involving minors, use is governed by the institution's own agreements and applicable laws (such as FERPA), and we process related data only as necessary to support that deployment.
